4. Operational Notice: No Physical Address

As such, we cannot accommodate customer collection, local pickup, or in-person exchanges. All items are dispatched and delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5. Damages and Incorrect Delivery

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. GLOW STORE is not responsible for orders that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the courier, you may be liable for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
