Please note that GLOW STORE is an online-only e-commerce business and does not maintain a physical retail store, office, or fixed public address for drop-offs or customer visits. All returns must be processed via mail.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package to our dedicated inspection facility. Do not attempt to mail packages to any address without contacting us first, as they will not be recognized by our digital system.
Return Shipping Costs:

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our fault, GLOW STORE will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind / Customer Choice: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Damages, Defectives, and Issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by our team, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
International Orders & European Union Customers

Refunds Process
